of 27 January 1982
on increases in maternity allowance and changes in sickness insurance
The Bureau of the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has acted in accordance with Article 58 (3) of Constitutional Law No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
Paragraph 6 (1) and (2) of Act No. 107 / 1971 Coll., on maternity allowance, reads as follows:
"(1) A mother's allowance shall be paid by a woman
| o jedno dítě do dvou let věku | 600 Kčs, |
| o dvě děti do dvou let věku | 900 Kčs, |
| o tři a více dětí do dvou let věku | 1300 Kčs |
for the calendar month.
(2) If the maternity allowance is due only for part of a month, it shall be paid by the
| o jedno dítě do dvou let věku | 20 Kčs, |
| o dvě děti do dvou let věku | 30 Kčs, |
| o tři a více děti do dvou let věku | 43 Kčs |
on a calendar day. ';
Paragraph 19 of the Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on occupational sickness insurance, is deleted.
Paragraph 11 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on the security of cooperative peasants in sickness and on the security of the mother and child, 1) is deleted.
Paragraph 19 of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on Disability Care in the Armed Forces, is deleted.
Transitional provisions
1. Even without a request from the date of application of this legal measure.
(2) The sickness payments of one half in accordance with the current rules shall be adjusted in accordance with Article II to IV without application from the date of application of this legal measure.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 February 1982.
