DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Trade
of 21 January 1969
authorising imports and exports of goods and certain other foreign trade activities
The Minister of Foreign Trade of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall, in agreement with the Minister of Finance of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provide for the Foreign Trade Organisation and International Shipbuilding under § 1 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., and under § 6 (6) (b) and § 7a (2) of Act No. 107 / 1953 Coll., as amended by Act No. 64 / 1958 Coll.:
(1) In cases provided for by the Ministry of Foreign Trade, imports of goods into the Czechoslovak customs territory and exports of goods from the Czechoslovak customs territory may take place, acceptance and provision of services in foreign trade and certain transactions in foreign trade only on the basis of an authorisation issued at the request of an organisation authorised to do foreign trade.
(2) Authorisation procedures are governed by the Foreign Trade Ministry's directives. *)
Import and export authorisations shall be submitted by importers and exporters, unless otherwise specified by the Ministry of Foreign Trade, to a customs or customs office dealing with a consignment intended for import or export.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
