In the first sentence of Section 7 (3) of the official Slovak version of Decree-Law No 240 / 1949 Coll. a press error is corrected, so that the sentence correctly reads as follows:
"Pri valué listoch a pri balakoch zpová podniku v odsek 2 ajo za zdražnutú oneskorením v doprave, ktorím sa výtelka skazlo alebo svoju cena strenučného alebo čiastočne stratila."
