DECLARATION
of 16 April 2014
on the issue of the gold coin "The Jizera Bridge on the line Tanvald-Harrachov" for 5 000 CZK
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On 13 May 2014, the Gold Coin "The Jizera Bridge on the Tanvald-Harrachov line" is issued under the "Bridges" cycle for CZK 5,000 ("Coins").
(2) Coins are issued in the ordinary version and in a special version with a polished field of the coin and a matt relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Coins in normal and special design are made of gold of purity 999.9. The weight of the coin is 15,55 g, 28 mm diameter and 2.2 mm thickness. When the coin is embossed in both normal and special versions, the tolerance is 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance up to 0,062 g is allowed and in gold purity the tolerance up to 0,01%. The coin edge in the normal version is serrated, the coin edge in the special version is smooth.
(1) On the front of the coin is a composition of heraldic animals from a large state character which is left and right bounded by lines. There's a Czech lion upstairs, there's a Moravian eagle in the middle, and there's a Silesian eagle downstairs. On the left of the composition of the heraldic animals are signs of the cities of Tanvald and Harrachov. Above the city characters is the name of the cycle "MOSTY" and below is the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "5000 CZK." The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" is at the top, left and bottom edges of the coin. The brand of the Czech Mint, which consists of the composition of the letters "No" and "M", is to the right of the Silesian eagle.
(2) On the reverse side of the coin is a side view of the Jizera bridge on the line Tanvald-Harrachov. On the right of the picture of the bridge is the text "SISTER MOST ON TRATI" in three rows and at the lower, right and upper edges is the text "TANVALD-HARRACHOV." Above the picture of the bridge is the year of "2014." The author of the fine design of the coin is the academic painter Vladimir Pavlica, whose initials, consisting of the letters "VP" in the frame, are located to the left of the picture of the first pillar of the bridge.
(3) The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
This Decision shall enter into force on 13 May 2014.
