GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 January 2001
laying down a model for the service of public health authorities, their staff and representatives of the main hygienist of the Czech Republic, the regional and district hygienists
The Government orders pursuant to § 108 (3) to implement § 88 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws:
The model of the service licence, which shall be demonstrated in the performance of the tasks and performance of the public health authorities, their staff, representatives of the main hygienist of the Czech Republic and representatives of regional and district hygienists, shall be as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
