GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 March 1999
amending Government Regulation No 174 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for firearms and ammunition
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") to implement Sections 12 (1) and (4) and 13 (2) and (4) of the Act:
Annex 4 to Government Decree No 174 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for firearms and ammunition, is amended as follows:
1. Under the heading "BELGIUM KINGDOM ', the following mark is inserted after the mark" Dust-free test - barrel, test components':
"
Foreign weapons - barrel, test components'.
2. Under the heading "THE KINGDOM OF SPAIN ', the graphic representation of the identification mark of the test room in Eibar, stamped on all weapons, is replaced by the following graphic image:
"'.
3. Under the heading "FRENCH REPUBLIC ', the following mark is inserted after the mark" Completed firearms - a higher dust-free test':
"
Test of long weapons with grooved corkscrew '.
4. The following text is added at the end:
"MEMBER STATES OF THE CONVENTION ON VARIOUS RECOGNITION OF THE TEST MARKS OF HANDLE ARMS (Federal Republic of Germany, Austrian Republic, Kingdom of Belgium, Republic of Chile, Kingdom of Spain, French Republic, Italian Republic, Finnish Republic, United Kingdom, Hungarian Republic, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic)
Shotgun test - steel pellets'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
