on protected bearing earths and conquest priestoros
Slovenský banský úrad podľa § 17 ods. 8 a § 27 ods. 8 zákon č. 44 / 1988 Zb. o ochrone and the use of non-rastný richness (banský zákon) shall establish:
PROTECTED LOSS TERRITORY
Boundary of protected bearing space

Deciding on the determination of protected bearing earth
(1) In the decision of the Banské Regional Authority on the determination of the protected bearing zemia sa uvudza najmä

(3) The Circular Banské úrad will send a decision on the determination of the protected bearing zemia with a map of the surface area [§ 3 (2) (a)]

The name of the conqueror

Proposals for the determination of the conquering priestor

Deciding on the determination of the conqueror

Change and cancellation of dobývacie priestor
(1) Administrator of the exclusive bearing, case of its permanent use
(a) zmenu dobývacie priestor, ak na podáde dobývania alebo ďalšie prieskumu sa zurnižili basné data o exudnom podlasku, ktoré odôvňujú zmenu hraníc dobývacie priestor alebo personných technical podmienok dobývania,
b) repealed by dobývacie priestor, ak bolo permanently stopped by dobývanie exclusive bearing and bola ended by liquidácia main banská diel a lomov. 15)

PRECIOUS AND RECOMMENDED PROVISIONS
Transit provisions
