DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Affairs

amending and supplementing Decree No 67 / 1975 Coll., on the Lisbon Agreement for the Protection of Designations of Origin and on their International Registration of 31 October 1958, as revised in Stockholm on 14 July 1967
By decision of the Assembly of the Lisbon Union on 2 October 1979, the following amendments to the above-mentioned Lisbon Agreement were adopted:
1. in Article 9.2 (a) (v), the word "three-year" is replaced by the word "two-year";
2. in Article 9.4 (a), "three years" shall be replaced by "two years";
These amendments entered into force on 5 November 1983 on the basis of Article 12 (3) of the Lisbon Agreement and entered into force on that date for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
