DECLARATION

repealing Decree No 1392 / 1946 of the Supreme Office of Price and Price No. l. I.
The Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 43 (2) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the competence of federal ministries in agreement with the relevant central bodies of the Federation and the Republic:
The provisions of Decree No 1392 / 1946 U. l. I., on remuneration in the operation of the music still in force, (1) shall be deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1980.
