DECLARATION
Ministry of Education
of 13 June 1968
amending and supplementing Decree No. 110 / 1966 Coll., on the Labelling of Foreign Graduates of Czechoslovak Universities
The Ministry of Education changes and complements, in agreement with the participating central authorities, pursuant to § 19 (2) of Act No. 19 / 1966 Coll., on Higher Education, Decree No. 110 / 1966 Coll., on the Labelling of Foreign Students of Czechoslovak Universities as follows:
Article 1 (2) (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Foreign graduates of Czechoslovak universities (" graduates ")
(a) the university course with the exception of graduates of medical studies, graduates of the faculty of teaching and graduate teachers at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and at the Faculty of Science and Philosophy;
(b) technical direction,
(c) the economic direction;
(d) agriculture, with the exception of graduate veterinary studies;
issue a university where they have completed their studies, in addition to the diploma provided for in Paragraph 1 (1), if they so request for use abroad, also a diploma in English or French with a designation customary in reaching the relevant university qualification in the area in which they will operate (Section A of the Annex) '.
2. Article 2 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) Graduates of the Faculty of Education and Teaching at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and at the Faculty of Science and Philosophy, at which they completed their studies, in addition to the diploma provided for in Section 1 (1), shall, if they so request for use abroad, give a certificate of teaching competence indicating the type and degree of the school at which they are competent to teach and apply in English or French (Section B of the Annex)."
The Annex to Decree No 110 / 1966 Coll. is added as follows:
1. In Section A, the following entries are inserted after the entry "Graduate of philosophical fields (non-teaching) ':

2. The second item in Section B is as follows:
| „Absolventi učitelského studia na fakultách tělesné výchovy a sportu | Teaching Diploma for Physical Education on Secondary Schools (higher degree) | Licencié en Education physique Certificat d'Aptitude au Professorat d'Enseignement Secondaire (2e cycle)“ |
(1) This Decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
(2) The designation referred to in Article II will be awarded on request to graduates who completed their studies in the winter semester of the 1967 / 1968 study year.
