of 5 October 1963
on the payment of the transfer of the right of hunting
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, in agreement with the State Planning Commission, provides pursuant to § 44 (2) of Act No. 23 / 1962 Coll., on Hunting (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and § 5 of Decree No. 60 / 1959 Coll., on the scope of planning, pricing and control:
§ 1
The transfer of the right of hunting in hunting shall be paid in 1963 in accordance with this decree.
§ 2
(1) Quality classes (Section 13 (3) of the Act) are decisive for the level of remuneration, in which the chase was classified according to the species of game that are present.
(2) The amount of the remuneration shall be calculated by multiplying the number of hectares on which an individual species of game is present by the amount to be determined for each species of game and the quality grade of the chase as follows:

The sum of these multiples shall constitute the total remuneration for the assignment of the exercise of hunting rights. In hunts where several species of cloven-hoofed game (deer, tanker and muflon) are treated together, the remuneration shall be determined only for a species designated by the quality class as the main; *) If the quality class is also established for deer animals, the payment for these animals is also payable.
§ 3
(1) The amount of remuneration calculated in accordance with Article 2 is increased
(a) for each ha of forest of 0,05 ccs in hunts in which, according to the hunting and hunting plan, there is a catch of grouse or tetras, and of 0,25 ccs in hunts in which a wild pig is regularly found and hunted;
(b) for each ha of water area of 0,20 ccs in the hunting grounds where aquatic animals are present,
(c) by 50% of the amount received by the user of the chase for leaving an extraordinary permit to shoot a bear to a foreign hunter in the year in which the bear was shot.
(2) In the event of excessive damage to animals caused by wolves in the hunting grounds in the district of the Eastern Slovak Regional National Committee, the district national committee may reduce the rates set out in Section 2 for individual animal species and quality classes for the duration of the contract for the promotion of hunting rights by up to 60%.
§ 4
(1) The annual remuneration is payable within 1 month of the approval of the contract for the exercise of the right of hunting by the District National Committee (Section 16 (1) of the Act) and for the following years at the latest by 1 February of the current year.
(2) Reimbursement for hunting land which has been incorporated into another hunting ground (Section 12 of the Act) is due within 1 month of their integration and in subsequent years by 1 March of the current year.
§ 5
Decree No 99 / 1954 of the Ú. v., on the rent for hunting, is repealed.
§ 6
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
