extending the effectiveness of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations to the Department of Construction Investment Construction of JZD
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 2 (2) of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations:
The effectiveness of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations, is extended to the obligations arising from the implementation of construction investment construction (including mellioration works)
(a) single agricultural cooperatives;
(b) joint cooperatives established pursuant to § 33 et seq. of Act No. 49 / 1959 Coll., on Single Agricultural Cooperatives,
newly included in the Agricultural Investment Construction Plan starting in 1963, approved by the District National Committee, whether it be a means of supply or self-help construction.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
