GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 March 2023
amending Government Regulation No 206 / 2022 Coll., on certain details of the provision of emergency accommodation and temporary emergency shelter and related services for applicants for temporary protection and for persons granted temporary protection, as amended by Government Regulation No 322 / 2022 Coll.
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 6b (1) and § 6e (2) of Act No. 65 / 2022 Coll., on certain measures relating to armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops, as amended by Act No. 198 / 2022 Coll. and Act No. 75 / 2023 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on certain details of the provision of emergency accommodation and temporary emergency shelter and related services for applicants for temporary protection and for persons granted temporary protection
Government Decree No. 206 / 2022 Coll., on certain details of the provision of emergency accommodation and temporary emergency shelter and related services for applicants for temporary protection and for persons granted temporary protection, as amended by Government Decree No. 322 / 2022 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Regulation, the words "emergency accommodation and temporary emergency shelter and related services for applicants for temporary protection and persons' are replaced by the words" accommodation and related services for persons'.
2. in Articles 1 (1) and (2) and 3 (b) and (c), the word "emergency" shall be deleted;
3. Paragraph 1 (3) is deleted.
4. in Article 3, point (a) is deleted;
Points (b) and (c) shall become points (a) and (b).
5. in Article 3 (b), "(b)" is replaced by "(a)";
6. In Article 4 (2), "2023 'is replaced by" 2024'.
Amendment of Decree No 322 / 2022 Coll.
In Article II (2) of Decree-Law No 322 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree-Law No 206 / 2022 Coll., on certain details of the provision of emergency accommodation and temporary emergency shelter and related services for applicants for temporary protection and for persons granted temporary protection, the number "2023 'is replaced by" 2024'.
EFFECTIVE
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2023, with the exception of Articles I (6) and II, which shall take effect on 31 March 2023.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 March 2024.
