ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 13 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of Article 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
Urges the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister for Transport to allow vehicles which are prohibited under Section 43 of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act).
