amending Decree No. 208 / 2004 Coll., on minimum standards for the protection of livestock, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 29 (1) of Act No. 246 / 1992 Coll., for the protection of animals against abuse, as amended by Act No. 77 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., for the implementation of § 12c (3) of the Act:
In Article 2 (6) of Decree No 208 / 2004 Coll., on minimum standards for the protection of livestock, as amended by Decree No 464 / 2009 Coll., the words "if it does not have free access to the range or pasture 'shall be added at the end of the text of point (a).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2012.
