GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 February 2008
setting financial limits for the purposes of the concession law
The Government orders pursuant to § 34 (3) of Act No. 139 / 2006 Coll., on Concession Contracts and Concession Procedure (Concession Act), as amended by Act No. 30 / 2008 Coll.:
Preliminary provisions
This Regulation implements the relevant provisions of the European Communities1), following the directly applicable Regulation of the European Communities2), and provides for
(a) the financial limit for the above-limit concession contract for works pursuant to Paragraph 14 (1) of the concession law;
(b) the financial limit for works pursuant to § 15 (1) (b) of the concession law.
Financial limits
(1) The financial limit for the above-limit concession contract for construction works pursuant to § 14 (1) of the concession law is CZK 142 668 000.
(2) The financial limit for works pursuant to § 15 (1) (b) of the concession law is CZK 142 668 000.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
