DECLARATION

of 20 February 2006

amending Decree No 221 / 2004 Coll., laying down lists of dangerous chemicals and dangerous chemicals whose placing on the market is prohibited or whose placing on the market, putting into circulation or use is restricted, as amended by Decree No 109 / 2005 Coll.

In agreement with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to § 26 (3) of Act No. 356 / 2003 Coll., on Chemicals and Chemical Products and amending certain laws:

In Annex No 2 to Decree No 221 / 2004 Coll., laying down lists of hazardous chemicals and dangerous chemicals whose placing on the market is prohibited or whose placing on the market, putting into circulation or use is restricted, point 6 of Part II shall be added:

Sloučeniny fosforu

Prací prostředky pro praní textilu s koncentrací fosforu vyšší než 0,5 % hmot. se od 1. července 2006 nesmí uvádět na trh a od 1. října 2006 se nesmí uvádět do oběhu.
Toto omezení se nevztahuje
a) na prací prostředky používané pro praní v průmyslu a institucích, které je prováděné školenými pracovníky,
b) na prací prostředky určené pro vývoz nebo pro distribuci do jiných členských zemí Evropských společenství.

This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2006.
