supplementing Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., on extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., on extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 267 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 133 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 115 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 116 / 1994 Coll., the Constitutional Court Act No. 164 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 107 / 1995 Coll., the Constitutional Court Act No. 2 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., is added as follows:
In Paragraph 18 (1), the dot is deleted at the end and the following text is added: "and military mining units, whose members were removed from 25 February 1948 to 1 September 1950 and worked in mines for at least 12 months without scheduled regular rotation. The members of the military mining units referred to in the sentence of the second sentence shall be deemed to be authorised under Paragraph 14 (2) even if they are not included in the military mining units on the basis of orders. ';
Transitional provisions
1. The supplement to the pension provided for in Article 24 (4) of Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., as amended by Act No. 267 / 1992 Coll., taking into account Article I of that Act, shall be granted at the earliest upon request from the payment of the pension due after the effective date of that Act; If the pensions awarded before 1 January 1996 are subject to Paragraph 24 (4) of the Second Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., as amended by Act No. 267 / 1992 Coll.
2. The application for compensation pursuant to Article 29 (4) and (5) of Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., as amended by Act No. 267 / 1992 Coll., taking into account Article I of that Act, may be applied within six months of the date of application of the Act.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
