determining the headquarters and territorial competence of the surveying and cadastral inspectors and the cadastral offices
The Czech office of surveyor and cadastral according to § 2 paragraph 3 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 359 / 1992 Coll., on surveying and cadastral bodies:
The locations and territorial scope of the surveying and cadastral inspectors are set out in Annex 1, which forms part of this decree.
The seat and territorial competence of the cadastral offices are set out in Annex 2, which forms part of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Seats and territorial scope of the surveying and cadastral inspectors
The Land and cadastral inspector in Brno, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of Blansko, Brno- town, Brno, Breclav, Hodonin, Jihlava, Kromeriz, Prostějov, Třebič, Hungarian Hradiště, Vyškov, Zlín, Znojmo and Žďár nad Sazavou.
The surveying and cadastral inspector in České Budějovice, who exercises responsibility for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Jindřich Hradec, Pelhřimov, Písek, Prachatice, Strakonice and Tabor.
The Land and cadastral inspector in Liberec, which is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of Česká Lípa, Decín, Chomutov, Jablonec nad Nisou, Liberec, Litoměřice, Louny, Teplice, Ústí nad Labem and Most.
Regional and cadastral inspector in Opava, who exercises responsibility for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the counties of Bruntal, Frýdek-Místek, Karviná, Nová Jičín, Olomouc, Opava, Ostrava-town, Přerov, Šumperk and Vsetín.
The Regional and Catastrophe Inspectorate in Pardubice, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Havlíčkova Brod, Hradec Králové, Chrudim, Jičín, Náhod, Pardubice, Rydnov nad Knežně, Semily, Svitavy, Trutnov and Ústí nad Orlicí.
The Land and cadastral inspector in Pilsen, which is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of Domazlice, Cheb, Karlovy Vary, Pilsen-town, Pilsen-South, Pilsen-North, Rokycany, Sokolov, Tachov and Klatovy.
