on protected bearing areas and conquest areas
According to Articles 17 (8) and 27 (8) of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., the Czech Mining Authority provides:
TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Transitional provision
The authority or organisation to which it was issued before the validity of this Order of Decision establishing a protected zoning (16) for the protection of the exclusive bearing shall submit a copy of that Decision to the Regional Mining Authority within 6 months of the date of its effectiveness, with a map of the surface situation, which shall comply with the requirements set out in Article 3 (2) (a).
Repeal
Decree No 260 / 1957 of the Central Mining Office of the Ú. l, which lays down more detailed provisions on mining premises, the method for determining them and their registration, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1988.
