amending and supplementing Decree No 65 / 1975 Coll., on the Madrid Agreement on the International Registration of factory or trade marks of 14 April 1891, revised in Brussels on 14 December 1900, in Washington on 2 June 1911, in The Hague on 6 November 1925, in London on 2 June 1934, in Nice on 15 June 1957 and in Stockholm on 14 July 1967
By decision of the Assembly of the Madrid Union on 2 October 1979, the following amendments to the Madrid Agreement were adopted:
1. in Article 10.2 (a) (v), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by the word "two-year";
2. in Article 10.4 (a), the words' three years' shall be replaced by 'two years';
These amendments entered into force on 23 October 1983 pursuant to Article 13 (3) of the Madrid Agreement and entered into force on 23 October 1983 for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
