The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 129 / 1975 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security, is amended as follows:
Article 10 (b) (2) reads as follows:
"2. an increase in the invalidity pension of a young and disabled person under 26 who receives a pension of 650, - a month up to 200, - a month in cases of good consideration."
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 August 1979.
