Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General
of 16 July 1965
amending and supplementing Decree No 151 / 1961 Coll., on the Criminal Register
The Minister of Justice and the Prosecutor-General, for the implementation of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll. as amended by Act No. 57 / 1965 Coll., on Criminal Procedure, provides:
Decree of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General No 151 / 1961 Coll., on the criminal record, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The criminal record shall include a final conviction for the offence and for the offence and offence under Act No. 58 / 1965 Coll., which regulates the penalties for the offenses and offences of persons recommitting disorderly conduct, acts of violence and corruption, even if the punishment has been waived. '
2. Paragraph 5 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The record of the criminal record shall include all pending convictions for offences if, under the law, the perpetrator is not regarded as not having been convicted (Sections 39 (3), 45 (3), 50 (2), 60 (4) and 70 (3) of the Act) and all convictions for wrongdoing and misdemeanor pursuant to Act No. 58 / 1965 Coll., which regulates the penalty for wrongdoing and misdemeanors of persons recommitting disorderly conduct, violence and violence, if not older than three years. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
