amending the Single Prevention and Treatment Care Act
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The successes achieved in the construction of socialism have allowed the provision of free preventive and therapeutic care to be extended to all children under the age of 15.
Therefore, in Act No. 103 / 1951 Coll., on uniform preventive and therapeutic care, as amended (Decree No. 19 / 1957 Coll.), the provisions of § 5 (2) (a), which determine the scope of preventive and therapeutic care provided free of charge by the State, in point 4, are amended as follows:
"4. to all children under 15 years of age in full,."
This Law shall take effect from the date of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Health in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
