determining the seat and district of the People's Court in Ostrov and changing the district of the People's Court in Karlovy Vary.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 No 2 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
In agreement with the principle that the headquarters and districts of the People's Courts agree with the seats and the districts of the District National Committees, a People's Court is established in the Island with the jurisdiction of the Territorial District National Committee in the Island. The People's Court in Karlovy Vary shall continue to exercise its jurisdiction only for the territorial district of the Municipal National Committee in Karlovy Vary.
This amends the provisions of Paragraph 1 (2) (c) of the Order of the Minister of Justice No 22 / 1954 Coll., setting out the registered offices and districts of the People's Courts and the registered offices and districts of the Regional Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1958.
