Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 20 June 1950
on the issue of small money paper of 10 CZK, dated 4 April 1950.
Under Article 3 (2) of Act No. 39 / 1948 Coll., on the tender of the Czechoslovak currency, I declare:
§ 1.
(1) The Czechoslovak National Bank will begin to issue small money paper of 10 Kcs with a date of 4 April 1950 at its head office in Prague, at its Regional Institute for Slovakia in Bratislava and at all its regional offices.
(2) The description of the ten-crown is contained in the Annex which is part of this decree.
§ 2.
The current small money paper of 10 CZK, as described in Section I No. 8 of the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 92 / 1945 Coll., on the new tender of the Czechoslovak currency, remains in circulation as legal tender.
§ 3.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Description of the 10 crown with date 4 April 1950.
The ten crown is printed on white velvet paper of a special composition without watermark. It is 54 mm wide and 103 mm long. Smaller deviations are possible.
The printing patterns on both face and back occupy almost the entire area of paper, with the exception of the white edge, on all four sides approximately the same width.
On the face of the tender, the main printing of grass green is made up of a main frame of unequal width at different sides, which consists of decorative bands and guilloche bands of two kinds: the projection of white and green wool. In the left and right corner of this frame is a decorative rose of oval shape with a finely marked "10" in the middle. In the upper part of the frame there is a large light inscription on the horizontal plate

in the lower part of the frame a small inscription
"FALSCHOVANIA SA PRESENT SUBSIDY
LAW '.
Inside the main frame is a large oval rose made of a string of positive wavy, dark on a bright background, with a large bright digit "10" in the middle. On both sides of the rose there are words in the bright interior of the frame

In the lower left corner inside the frame, the serial marking is a large letter followed by one more small letter for some series, and next to it is a six-digit tender number, both in red.
The underprint of the front side shall be a fine net of parallel corrugated corrugated corrugated corrugated, running from right to left below the whole area of the main printing; The pink colour of the net in the middle passes to both sides fluently in pale blue.
The back of the ten crown only bears the main printing color of grass green with a decorative frame from the ornamental line and from the guilloch belt of negative white lines. This frame is interrupted at the top by a decorative label with a large light inscription
"THE REPUBLIC OF CZECH '.
Inside the frame is on a bright background, formed only by a thin mesh of fine green wool, a large flat national ornament: an apple with four leaves on both sides, carrying in the middle a large, horizontally drawn figure "10." The areas of the apple and leaves are filled with sections of guilloch roses with white wool on green ground.
