on the issue of the Exposition of the Ministry of Finance No 05 / WATER / 2022, amending the Exposition of the Ministry of Finance No 01 / WATER / 2022 on price regulation in the water and sewage sectors
The Ministry of Finance, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 13 March 2024 it issued an issue of the Ministry of Finance No. 05 / WATER / 2022 amending the scope of the Ministry of Finance No. 01 / WATER / 2022 on price regulation in the water and sewage sectors.
The purpose was published in the Price Bulletin on 15 March 2024 and takes effect on the day following that of publication.
