ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 30 March 2022
on the extension of the emergency situation in connection with the large-scale migration wave
Government
I. pursuant to Article 6 (2) of the Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the security of the Czech Republic, until 31 May 2022 23: 59 hours, the emergency state declared by the Government Resolution of 2 March 2022 No 147 on the declaration of an emergency state for the territory of the Czech Republic because of the need to respond to a large migration wave in the territory of the Czech Republic, from 4 March 2022, from 00: 00 to 30 days, which was declared as No 43 / 2022 Coll., on the basis of the consent of the Chamber of Parliament of the Czech Republic granted by its Resolution of 29 March 2022 No 183;
II. Provides that any measures taken on grounds of emergency which are in force at the date of adoption of this Resolution shall remain in force to the extent that they are taken;
III. Instructs the Prime Minister to inform the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic without delay.
