THE LAW
of 4 February 2021
amending Act No. 150 / 2002 Coll., Administrative Rules of Procedure, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 150 / 2002 Coll., as amended by Act No. 192 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 22 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 555 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 350 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 165 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 216 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 301 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 314 / 2008 Coll.
1. In Paragraph 104a (1), the words "in matters of international protection 'shall be replaced by the words" in cases in which a specialised self-judge took decisions before the Regional Court';
2. Paragraph 104a (3) is deleted.
Transitional provision
The appeal lodged against a decision of the Regional Court issued by the date of entry into force of this Law shall be decided by the Supreme Administrative Court in accordance with the existing legislation.
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
