amending Decree No. 317 / 2002 of the State Office for Nuclear Safety Coll., on the type approval of packaging sets for the transport, storage and storage of nuclear materials and radioactive substances, on the type approval of sources of ionising radiation and on the transport of nuclear materials and designated radioactive substances (on type approval and transport)
According to Section 47 (7) of Act No. 18 / 1997 Coll., on the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy and Ionising Radiation (Atomic Act) and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Laws, for the Implementation of Section 9 (1) (p) and point P of the Annex to the Atomic Act, as amended by Act No. 13 / 2002 Coll.:
Annex 6 to Decree No. 317 / 2002 Coll., on the type approval of packages for the transport, storage and storage of nuclear materials and radioactive substances, on the type approval of sources of ionising radiation and on the transport of nuclear materials and designated radioactive substances (type approval and transport), read:
