GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 March 2000
on the issuing of temporary residence certificates to national citizens of the Slovak Republic
The government orders the implementation of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws:
(1) A temporary residence certificate shall be issued to a Slovak citizen residing in the Czech Republic upon request.
(2) A national of the Slovak Republic shall submit an application on the form prescribed by the Ministry of Interior. The application shall be accompanied by a document confirming the purpose of the stay.
(3) A temporary residence certificate shall be issued by the Foreign and Border Police Department. 1)
(1) The temporary residence certificate shall state the name, surname and date of birth of the Slovak Republic's national citizen, the number of his travel document and the purpose of residence of the Slovak Republic's national citizen in the Czech Republic. The temporary residence certificate shall be stamped and signed by the beneficiary.
(2) The temporary residence certificate shall be issued for a maximum period of 1 year.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
