GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 March 1994
amending and supplementing Decree No. 252 / 1992 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll., on the conditions for granting and the amount of the special allowance for carrying out activities in difficult and healthy working conditions
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (f) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
In § 4 paragraphs 1 and 2, the abbreviation "Kčs' is replaced by the abbreviation" Kč '.
The Annex to the Government Regulation is added as follows:
1. In Group I of Part D. OTHER CHEMICAL SCHEDULES, the following list of works is added:
'28. Mechanical working of lead products and alloys (over 75% Pb).
29. Insulation work (preparation of putty, ceramic tiles, tiles and linings including pairing and spawn) with acid-resistant mastics based on synthetic resins.
30. Spray with two-component epoxy varnishes, nitrolacs and synthetic emails in the syringe box and in enclosed areas.
31. Cleaning of production equipment, tanks, tanks, tanks and tanks if the employee works inside.
32. Welding by electric arc of steel and colour metals in welding plants.
33. Electrical arc welding in a protective atmosphere (argon, carbon dioxide).
34. Welding of aluminium and its alloys with argonarc and arcanon.
35. Working with hot asphalt materials such as manual application, straightening and processing of coated crushing, sealing of pipes.
36. Work in research, production, use and storage of particularly dangerous and other poisons and their derivatives and work associated with the production of de-marine and desiccitation mixtures containing pollutants. '
2. In Group I of Part E. PHYSICAL INGREDIENTS, the following list of works is added:
'8. Work with respirators or filter masks.
9. Works performed at heights above 10 m on secured workplaces (scaffolding, forklifts, etc.).
10. Sand blasting in blast machines with operating outside the blast area.
11. Preparation of foundry forming sands in the foundry environment (mixing, drying, sifting), manual forging.
12. Crushing of chamotte and quartz materials on jaw crushers or in ball mills.
13. Grinding with sand discs in dry conditions.
14. Moving the means of chemical protection of the individual.
15. Interrupting castings from sand moulds to pendulum or rack grinders in a ciderian environment. "
3. In Group II of Part B. IONISING AND ELECTROMAGNETIC LIGHT, the following list of works is added:
"22. Works in the manufacture of closed radios with radio, America, strontium, promethium and the like, including repairs of lamp housings, i.e. in the division, dosing, decomposition, homogenisation, precipitation, leaching, thickening, measurement of radioactivity, etc. '
4. In Group II of Part C. CHEMICAL CARCINOGENA, the following list of works is added:
"11. Grinding of asbestos pressed products and rubber bands on grinding aggregates, including their adjustment."
5. In Group II of Part D. OTHER CHEMICAL SCHEDULES, the following list of works is added:
"5. Working with liquid lead.
6. Repair of lead battery batteries.
7. Working with asphalt materials heat-treated in enclosed spaces.
8. Distillation and operational mercury cleaning.
9. Insulation work (preparation of putty, ceramic tiles, tiles and linings including pairing and spawn) with acid-based compounds based on synthetic resins in enclosed spaces.
10. Electrical arc welding in enclosed spaces. "
6. In Group II of Part E. PHYSICAL INGREDIENTS, in No 1 of the list of works, the dot after the word "chambers" is replaced by a comma and attached at the end of the word "kessons, in suits, etc." In No 2 of the list of works, the dot after the word "helicopters" is deleted and attached at the end of the word "and aircraft." In No 4 of the list of works, the words "industrial production 'are replaced by the words" industrial production'. The following list of works No 5 to 7 is added:
"5. Works carried out in suits protecting against radiant heat or chemical or other dangerous substances.
6. Works performed in oxygen or forced air-supply breathing isolation apparatus.
7. Works performed at heights above 5 m on unsecured workplaces (rope ladders, ropes etc.). "
The allowances provided for in this Regulation shall be granted for the first time in April 1994.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
