of 30 January 1992
amending Act No. 76 / 1959 Coll., on certain service ratios of soldiers, as amended, and Act No. 100 / 1970 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the National Security Corps, as amended
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 100 / 1970 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the National Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 63 / 1983 Coll., Act No. 74 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 169 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 546 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 244 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Paragraph 39 (1), "30 'is replaced by" 35'.
2. In Paragraph 40 (4), "until 30 April 'is replaced by" until the end'.
The leave referred to in Articles I and II shall belong to professional soldiers and to soldiers in the next service who, at the date of application of this Act, carry out an active military service and to members of the Federal Security Information Service for the calendar year 1991.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
