amending and supplementing Decree No. 118 / 1979 Coll., on the Nice Agreement on the International Classification of Products and Services for the purpose of the Registration of Marks of 15 June 1957, revised in Stockholm on 14 July 1967 and in Geneva on 13 May 1977
The following amendments to the above Nice Agreement were adopted by Decision of the Assembly of the Nice Union on 2 October 1979:
1. in Article 5.2 (a) (iv), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by the word "two-year";
2. in Article 5.4 (a), "three years" shall be replaced by "two years";
These amendments entered into force under Article 8 (3) of the Nice Agreement on 6 September 1982 and entered into force on that date for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
