The Federal Ministry of Transport provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 57 of Act No. 68 / 1979 Coll., on Road Transport and National Postal:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport No 139 / 1980 Coll., on the extraction of road freight vehicles, is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 13 (1), at the end of the second sentence, the following words are added: "where appropriate, the authority entrusted by it."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1982.
