GOVERNMENT REGULATION
Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 18 July 1979
increasing child benefit and education
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic hereby orders pursuant to Article 35 of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on the allowance for children from sickness insurance, § 142a of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on the security of cooperative peasants in sickness and on the security of the mother and child, as amended, and § 168 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on social security:
Child allowance due under the sickness insurance rules (1) and under the rules on the protection of cooperative peasants in sickness and maternity and children2) shall be monthly:
| na jedno dítě | 140 Kčs |
| na dvě děti | 530 Kčs |
| na tři děti | 1030 Kčs |
| na čtyři děti | 1480 Kčs |
and increases each child by 290 ccs a month.
The education allowance payable under the social security rules (3) shall be:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1979.

1) Article 24 of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on allowances for children from sickness insurance, as amended by Act No. 99 / 1972 Coll., § 6 (2) (d) of Act No. 88 / 1952 Coll., on the material security of members of the armed forces, and § 33 of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll.
2) Article 34 (1) of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on the security of cooperative peasants in sickness and on the security of the mother and child, as amended (full text of Act No. 51 / 1976 Coll.).
3) Article 46 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security.
