DECLARATION
Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 20 September 1972
on the qualification of professional forestry holdings
The Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in agreement with the participating central authorities of the state administration pursuant to § 54 of Act No. 166 / 1960 Coll., on Forests and Forestry (Forest Act):
(1) The qualification of a professional forestry operator within the meaning of § 54 of the Forest Act is met by graduates of the forestry faculties of universities who, after graduating from the school, have worked in a technical capacity for three years in the operational unit of the forestry organisation and by graduates of forestry technical schools who have worked in such a technical capacity for six years after graduating from the school.
(2) The qualification of a professional forest operator is also met by those who have passed the examinations for professional forest operators in accordance with previous regulations. *)
They shall be deleted:
(a) Part Six of Decree No. 17 / 1961 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water, Coll., which gives effect to the Forest Act,
(b) test rules for the examination of professional forestry operators (Bulletin MZLVH 1961, order No 109 - reg. 47 / 1967 Coll.),
(c) the provision of the MLVH Decree on the adjustment of the pay ratios of technical operators of forestry organisations (Rapporteur MLVH 1968, No 3, reg. 22 / 1968 Coll.) concerning the examination for professional forestry operators.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1972.
