Regulation of the Minister for Nutrition
of 31 March 1949
determining the starting date and the scope of the activity of the Farm Management Centre in the remaining fields of its competence and the date on which certain departments are repealed.
The Minister of Nutrition hereby orders pursuant to § 11, § 1 and § 20 of the Act of 2 December 1948, No 278 Coll., on the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products:
The Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products, established by Act No. 278 / 1948 Coll., shall commence its activities according to it as regards the management of livestock, meat, fish and game, on 1 April 1949.
On 31 March 1949:
1. Excellent cattle company for Bohemia and Moravia, formerly Prispol, a.s.,
2. Company for trade in dairy products, fats, poultry and eggs, limited liability company,
3. Union for cattle, meat and fish.
This Regulation shall take effect on 31 March 1949.
