The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreement has been imposed:
Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 26 April 2023 concluded on 8 February 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of energy and mining
and
Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
