GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 March 2023
amending Government Regulation No 205 / 2022 Coll., on the solidarity allowance for the second half of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, as amended by Government Regulation No 439 / 2022 Coll.
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to § 8 (6) and 8 of Act No 66 / 2022 Coll., on measures in the field of employment and social security in connection with armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops, as amended by Act No 175 / 2022 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the Solidarity household allowance for the second half of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023
Government Regulation No 205 / 2022 Coll., on the solidarity household allowance for the second half of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, as amended by Government Regulation No 439 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Decree, the word "quarter" is replaced by "semester."
2. In Section 1 (1) of the introductory part of the provision, the word "March 'is replaced by" June'.
3. In Paragraph 2 (2), "31 March 'is replaced by" 30 June'.
Amendment of Decree No. 439 / 2022 Coll.
In Article II (2) of Decree-Law No 439 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree-Law No 205 / 2022 Coll., on a contribution for the second half of 2022, the words "31 March 'are replaced by the words" 30 June'.
EFFECTIVE
(1) This Regulation shall take effect on 31 March 2023.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 30 June 2023.
