GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 February 2021
amending Decree No. 172 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in connection with the demonstration of the occurrence of the coronavirus SARS CoV-2, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 14 (3) and 15 of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 46 / 2016 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 172 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in connection with the demonstration of the occurrence of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2, as amended by Government Decree No. 212 / 2020 Coll. and Government Decree No. 453 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the present text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) A maximum of 150 soldiers in active duty shall be called for rescue operations involving testing activities in a state-guaranteed collection network to demonstrate the presence of SARS CoV-2 coronavirus.
(3) The employment referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall expire on 31 December 2021. '.
2. In Section 2, the word "task 'is replaced by" tasks' and the text "paragraphs 1 and 2 'is added at the end of the text.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
