ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 13 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of Article 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. orders with effect from 16 March 2020, 00: 00
1. a ban on entry for all foreigners, except foreigners residing with a temporary stay of more than 90 days or permanent residence in the Czech Republic; This does not apply if the entry of these foreigners is in the interest of the Czech Republic,
2. prohibition on citizens of the Czech Republic and foreigners with permanent or temporary residence over 90 days in the Czech Republic to travel from the Czech Republic; This does not apply if a derogation is granted from this measure;
II. Saves
1. Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior
(a) implement the measures referred to in paragraph I of this resolution;
(b) by means of a communication published on the website of the Ministry of the Interior or by any other appropriate means, where the entry of foreigners under paragraph I. of this resolution is in the interest of the Czech Republic.
