DECLARATION

amending Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 167 / 2002 Coll., implementing Act No. 247 / 2000 Coll., on obtaining and improving professional competence to drive motor vehicles and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 62 for the implementation of § 11 paragraph 2, § 20 paragraph 5 and § 27 paragraph 5 of Act No. 247 / 2000 Coll., on the acquisition and improvement of professional competence for motor vehicle management and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 374 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 48 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 167 / 2002 Coll., implementing Act No. 247 / 2000 Coll., on the acquisition and improvement of professional competence for the management of motor vehicles and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 152 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 298 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 156 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 284 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 256 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2, at the end of the text of paragraph 6, the words "or the applicant for a driving licence shall be added if he is driving without a teacher or, where appropriate, on the breast. The designation of the training cycle may be supplemented by a square of at least 125 mm side, in which the letter" L 'of a height of not less than 100 mm and a width of the font line of not less than 15 mm is placed. The square area is blue, the letter "L" is white. "
2. In Article 4 (3) (m), the word "car 'is replaced by the word" vehicles'.
3. In Article 4 (3) (s), the words "information, warning and 'shall be inserted after the words" electronic'.
4. In Paragraph 5 (1), at the end of the first sentence, the words "and adapted to the group of vehicles concerned 'shall be added.
5. in Article 5 (1) (a), the words "or handlebars" shall be inserted after the word "steering wheel" and the words "or handle" shall be inserted after the word "pedal."
6. In Article 11, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) The register of vehicle driving training may also be kept in electronic form. In such a case, the signature of the applicant for a driving licence shall be obtained by means of a signature scanner or a similar device enabling the digital signature to be recorded and including the date of its acquisition shall be entered directly in the electronic register. Paragraph 13 (3) and (5) shall apply mutatis mutandis. ';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
