DECLARATION
of 6 April 2007
amending Decree No. 540 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 151 / 1997 Coll., on the valuation of assets and amending certain laws (Law on the valuation of assets), as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Article 33 (1) of Act No. 151 / 1997 Coll., on the valuation of assets and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the valuation of assets), as amended by Act No. 121 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 540 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 151 / 1997 Coll., on the valuation of assets and amending certain laws (the Law on the valuation of assets), as amended by Decree No. 452 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 640 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No. 617 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 28, at the end of paragraph 7, the sentence "The price of the land determined in accordance with this paragraph may not be lower than its basic price in accordance with paragraph 1, multiplied by 0,60. '
2. In Annex No 36 Sales coefficients - Kp in the part for the Central Bohemian Region under the municipality Kladno changes the numerical values of Kp in four rows with the categories of municipalities following the line "Kladno 3 ',
