DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 9 July 1984
amending Decree No. 84 / 1980 Coll., on the issue of the Customs Tariff of Non-Commercial Goods
In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides, pursuant to § 41 (2) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll.:
Decree No. 84 / 1980 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, Coll., issuing the tariff list for non-commercial goods, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Where the duty on non-commercial goods is measured by price, the domestic retail price of the same or similar goods shall be the basis. ';
2. entry 4 of the Annex shall read as follows:
"4 Industrial goods
| a) | motorová vozidla s obsahem | |
| - do 1600 cm3 | 25 Kčs à 1 cm3 | |
| - od 1601 cm3 do 1800 cm3 | 30 Kčs à 1 cm3 | |
| - od 1801 cm3 výše | 35 Kčs à 1 cm3 | |
| b) | součásti motorových vozidel | 50 % z ceny |
| c) | dětské hračky, sportovní nářadí a sportovní potřeby všeho druhu | 10 % z ceny |
| d) | kalkulačky stolní, kapesní, náramkové a náhrdelníkové (i s časoměrným zařízením), osobní počítače, mikropočítače, nejsou-li součástí jiného zařízení, a stavebnice mikroelektronických obvodů a součástek pro sebevzdělávání a hry | 15 % z ceny |
| e) | ostatní průmyslové zboží | 30 % z ceny.“ |
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1984.
