establishing an honorary recognition for merit in the development of education
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders according to § 9 paragraph 4 of Act No. 62 / 1962 Coll., on the Lease of Honours:
(1) Honorable recognition for the merits of the development of education (hereinafter referred to as "honorary recognition") is hereby established in order to appreciate the merits of individuals, collective workers' and socialist organisations for their extremely active activities in the building and further development of schools and schools.
(2) Honorary recognition is not granted to teachers and other school staff, 1) to the collectives of these staff and organisations in the field of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Ministry of Education").
(1) The Minister of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Minister of Education") may grant honorary recognition in an agreement with the Czech Committee of the Union of Workers of Education and Science at major events in education.
(2) The Minister of Education may withdraw the honorary recognition of those who have become unworthy in agreement with the Czech Committee of the Union for the Workers of Education and Science.
At the same time as granting the honorary recognition provided for in Paragraph 2 (1), the diploma on the award of honorary recognition and the metal plaque shall be submitted.
The Ministry of Education manages matters of honorary recognition.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1982.
