According to Section 53 of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development provides:
Decree No. 163 / 1973 Coll., on documentation of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 31 / 1976 Coll. is added as follows:
The following Section 5a is inserted after Section 5:
Use of replicable projects
Where reproducible projects are used in the processing of preparatory and project documentation, this decree shall be followed unless otherwise provided for in the Specific Regulations (12a). ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1978.
