amending Decree No. 104 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security for Cooperative Farmers, as amended by Decree No. 142 / 1965 Coll., No. 117 / 1967 Coll., No. 92 / 1968 Coll. and No. 180 / 1968 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs shall, in agreement with the Federal Committee on Agriculture and Nutrition, with the Central Council of the Czechoslovak Revolutionary Trade Union Movement and with the other central authorities involved, provide for the social security of cooperative peasants under Article 144 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., as amended by Act No. 141 / 1965 Coll., No. 116 / 1967 Coll., No. 89 / 1968 Coll., No. 161 / 1968 Coll. and No. 71 / 1970 Coll.:
Paragraph 47a of Decree No. 104 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security of Cooperative Farmers, as amended by Decree No. 142 / 1965 Coll., No. 117 / 1967 Coll., No. 92 / 1968 Coll. and No. 180 / 1968 Coll.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1970.
