of 7 July 1969
on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1969
The Czech National Council decided when discussing the division of the state budget of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic into national and federal budgets, based on the relevant provisions of Act No. 158 / 1968 Coll., on the State budget for 1969 and on certain other financial measures, as well as under Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following Act:
Determination of the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic
(1)
| Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky na rok 1969 se stanoví částkou | 86 711 820 000 Kčs |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu částkou | 86 711 820 000 Kčs. |
(2)
| Dotace a subvence ze státního rozpočtu Československé socialistické republiky do státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky činí | 1 112 989 000 Kčs. |
(3)
| Ve státním rozpočtu České socialistické republiky jsou obsaženy rozpočty národních výborů souhrnným finančním vztahem k ústřednímu rozpočtu (dotacemi z ústředního rozpočtu) ve výši | 11 312 164 000 Kčs |
| a účelovými subvencemi poskytovanými z ústředního rozpočtu do rozpočtů národních výborů ve výši | 12 570 757 000 Kčs. |
(4) The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic is empowered to translate into the state budget:
(a) adjustment of subsidies and subsidies to national committees where:
- as a result of government or central authority measures, changes the conditions under which subsidies and subsidies have been established,
- do not start the construction of the planned number of flats in communal, cooperative and individual construction,
- fail to fulfil the tasks in the balance of the construction budget for 1969 on the basis of which the investment subsidies were determined;
(b) the financial consequences resulting from changes in the organisation and retroactive delimitation between the state budgets of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic, in particular:
- research institutes and transfers of their subordination between the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Slovak Socialist Republic and the authorities of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic,
- the banking system,
- Central Railway Administration.
These adjustments shall be made to the extent that they result from the financial consequences of these measures.
Common and final provisions
Budget revenue and expenditure relating to the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic, which was implemented from 1 January 1969 until the Act on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1969, shall be charged to this budget.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
