Regulation of the Minister for Railways
of 31 August 1953
on the new version of Annex I to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail of 23 November 1933 (M.Ú.Z.).
The Minister of Railways commands in agreement with the participating ministers pursuant to § 47 of Act No. 97 / 1950 Coll., on Railways:
On 1 September 1953, the new version of Annex I to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail of 23 November 1933 (M.Ú.Z.) takes effect. The current version of Annex I to the M.Ú.Z. published by the Minister of Railways Decree No 184 / 1938 Coll., with amendments published by the Minister of Transport No 103 / 1949 Coll., expires on the same date.
The new version of Annex I to the M.Ú.Z. shall be published by the Ministry of Railways as a separate publication. It shall be announced for sale in the Tariff Bulletin.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
